Yes, as long as the job matches what you told us. If there is more stuff, more stairs or it takes longer, extra time is charged at the hourly rate on your quote.

A 30% deposit secures your date. The balance is paid on the day to the driver by card, bank transfer or cash.

Yes – free of charge up to 48 hours before, with a full deposit refund or a free date change. Within 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable.

Yes, 10% off every move and storage booking. Tick “I’m a student” on the quote form.

Yes. If you are all moving on the same day we can do one trip and you split the bill. Ask for the group option when you quote.

Yes. We do halls, private student blocks and house shares in Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, York, Sheffield and Wakefield. Tell us the building name and any check-in times.

Yes, anywhere in mainland UK. Mileage is included in the quote.

We collect your packed items, store them securely and redeliver them to your new address on a date you choose. One booking, one price.

Boxes, suitcases, bags, bikes, mini fridges, desks and chairs. Not food, liquids, valuables or anything on our restricted list.

4 weeks. Most students store for 12–16 weeks over the summer.

Items are covered up to £100 each against loss or damage caused by our negligence. Please tell us about anything more valuable so we can agree cover.

Yes – the driver loads and unloads. For heavy furniture or lots of stairs, add an extra helper when you quote.

Tell us when booking. We can usually find a spot nearby; any parking charge is added at cost.

Not as standard, but we can bring boxes and tape for a small charge if you ask when booking.
